In-Store & Web purchases

In-Store purchases may be exchanged or returned for a full gallery credit within 10 days. A 10% restocking charge will apply to refunds over $100.00. All Layaways, custom and special orders, or any purchase marked at a discount may not be returned.

Web-purchased item(s) may be returned for exchange or gallery credit within 14 days (excluding all shipping charges). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the package must be insured and traceable. Please call or email within 2 days receipt of merchandise for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Note on One-of-a-Kind Pieces:

We make every effort to insure that our one-of-a-kind pieces on our website are available for purchase. It is possible that very occasionally, a one-of-a-kind item will sell on our sales floor at the same time that it does on our website. In that case, we will be happy to help you locate a substitute item or even arrange for a special order whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Layaway Policy

Shorelines Gallery offers an interest free layaway program to help assist you in getting the pieces you love. We offer 3 & 6 month layaway plans depending on the cost of the item. If you see something on our website and would like to inquire or have an item put on layaway, please feel free to call or email us and we can assist you in the process.

Shorelines Gallery Credit

Shorelines Gallery credit is does not expire and may be used toward any future purchases through our website or in our gallery.

Custom Orders

Many of our artists will do custom work. If you are interested in a custom STICKS piece or any other item in our gallery please feel free to email or call with your desires and we will be happy to assist.
