When Your Order Arrives
When unpacking your shipment please be careful and gentle according to the fragility of the piece(s) purchased. Inspect the contents thoroughly for all pieces and any possible damage from shipping. Do not throw away any packing materials until you are satisfied with your shipment.
In Case of Damage
All Shipments are insured. In case of damage to your merchandise you must save all the packing material and call Shorelines Gallery within 2 days of receipt of your art. We will begin the claim process. You will need to repack the damaged piece(s) as close as possible to the way it was originally packaged.
Damaged item(s) will be replaced, repaired or refunded according to the specific pieces and options available.
